1. Subject
These terms and conditions govern the purchase and use of CONFINE Restaurant gift cards and merchandise products made through the official e-commerce website.
2. gift card
Validity: the gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Use: The gift card can only be used at the venue to pay for services and/or dining experiences offered.
Reservations: the use of the gift card is subject to the availability of the restaurant. It is the customer's responsibility to avail by the expiration of validity.
Expiration: after the validity period has passed, the gift card automatically expires and cannot be refunded, extended or reactivated.
Affluence and availability: the Restaurant does not guarantee availability of tables or experiences on certain dates or times.
If reservations cannot be made due to lack of availability or high turnout, no refund or compensation will be given.
Non-cumulability: gift cards cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
Non-transferability and non-refundability: the gift card cannot be resold, converted to cash, or replaced in case of loss, theft, or damage.
Merchandising 3.
All merchandising products are sold according to the specifications listed on the website.
Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.
Returns and exchanges are accepted only in accordance with current regulations on e-commerce and the right of withdrawal (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
4. Method of Purchase and Payment
Purchases can be made online via the payment methods indicated on the site and/or directly in store.
The order is considered completed only upon receipt of e-mail confirmation from the Restaurant.
Liability 5.
The Restaurant is not responsible for any disruption due to force majeure or the customer's inability to use the gift card by the expiration date for personal reasons.
Jurisdiction 6.
For any dispute, the Court of Salerno will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the provisions of the Consumer Code regarding consumer forum.
